MONDAY – SATURDAY: By appointment only, my last time to shoot is 7:30pm in the summer.
CLOSED ON SUNDAYS – I take the day off to spend with my family ** I will shoot on Sundays but it is case by case situations
I am a stay at home mom so my shooting time is influenced by this fact. If customers wish to shoot during the day, I will let them know up front that I may have a child with me during that time and if that doesn’t work for us to schedule for during the afternoon when I am free. After 4pm and weekends, I shoot kid free J

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
When you book, you are required to pay a retainer fee of $75 to book your session date and time. If you need to reschedule due to sickness, injury or a scheduling conflict, I only ask that you contact me within 48 hours to reschedule. If someone is already on the date you are requesting we will have to look at rescheduling when I have an opening. Life is complicated and busy at times, I completely understand so just keep the lines of communication open and we can go from there J
If you cancel within 48hrs, you will receive ½ your retainer fee back within
3-5 business days. If it’s a no-call/no-show situation, I will keep the entire retainer fee as payment.
I also reserve the right to reschedule in the event of illness, emergency, death in the family, inclement weather and other unforeseen events beyond my control. I will inform you immediately so we can get your session rescheduled at the earliest date available.
Since I strive to give each client the best I can give them, I ask that you arrive on time for your shoot. I usually schedule a 15 minute window before the actual shoot to let you get some of those last minute nerves out of there ;) If you are more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel you session and keep your retainer. During prime season, I can be exceptionally busy so I like to keep to a schedule of sorts to make sure that I am able to be at my best for my clients and my family.
At your session, please keep the entourage to a minimum. Please bring on the essential people to your shoot. We want you and your family to be focused on me and the camera vs everyone around them.
All clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
We do NOT allow outside camera/phones/videos to be brought into the studio or on location sessions at any time for any reason.
At the end of the session, we will set up your in-home ordering session date. Typically within 4-6 weeks. I will be in full communication with you if we are unable to finish to your editing process in that timeframe due to illness or any unforeseen event beyond my control. At your session, I will provide you an opportunity to view all of your photos and then we will go over the collections and the products that we offer. Don’t worry you are not required to purchase at this session J
I take a ton of photos during our session and you will only be able to see the ones that I have selected and done full edits on. Images with eyes closed, heads turned, duplicates, ect will not be visible for you and will be removed from my archives after the editing process is complete.
We will only do one viewing session, so this is the time to have any of the people that are gonna order prints to be there. During this viewing session, I will give you some guidance on the different products I have and some of my personal suggestions to help you in your ordering process. Once our viewing session is done, your personal gallery will be available for 2 weeks and you will have 30 days from your In-home viewing session to place your order.
Connie Beacom Photography is not required to hold or keep your images for any amount of time. You must place an order within the 30 days after your In-Home Viewing Session or I reserve the right to delete your photos and keep your retainer.
I understand that life is full of unexpected expenses all the time. I do offer 3 payment plans to make things easier for you when placing your order. Your products will not be ordered from the lab until your final payment is accepted. I will go over all of these payment options at your In-Home Session.
Once you place your order, you have 48 hours to make any changes to your order. After your final payment, your products will take up to 4 weeks to receive from the lab and get delivered. In the event that you wish to have your products shipped to you via UPS based on your location, you may be required to pay for additional shipping cost.
Once you have gotten all of your product, you will sign an agreement that states you have gotten everything you ordered and are happy with your products. After that, you will have 7 days to let us know if you are unhappy for any reason with your order. After those 7 days, we assume your products are perfect and you are loving your order, and we will not replace any products for any reason.
Connie Beacom Photography will not offer refunds or rebates for any reason. I will however be happy to reprint your order if something is wrong with it on our end and I am notified within 7 days.

While I try my hardest to back up your images and keep them safe place. Clouds back up service may not work, cd’s may not play and hard drives can go bad. I do my best to keep your images safe for a minimum amount of time but I do not guarantee it and assume no liability for lost digital files.
